Can Get Right's youth development pathway is designed to help young people grow step by step.
We do not push youth straight into business before helping them build the character, discipline, and direction needed to handle opportunity.

Then, they build goals and direction.

Get Right Character Academy
Build the person.
Get Right Character Academy helps youth build the internal foundation needed to make better decisions, lead themselves, and prepare for future goals and opportunities.
Character, identity, discipline, wisdom, self-control, accountability, respect, resilience, and servant leadership.
Who am I becoming?
Ages 12–22
6 weeks
1–2 sessions per week. Each session is 60–90 minutes.

Youth complete:

- Personal Leadership Code
Character Commitment Ceremony
At the end of the program, youth participate in a small ceremony where they share:
Each youth shares:

- • One habit they are building
- • One habit they are breaking
- • One person who can hold them accountable
- • Their personal leadership code
Youth receive a Get Right Character Academy Certificate and are invited to move into the next phase.
Get Right Goals & Business Academy
Build the plan.
Get Right Goals & Business Academy helps youth take the character foundation they built and turn it into a real plan for their future. Youth begin learning how to set goals, manage their time, think about money, communicate professionally, and identify legal ways to create income.
Goal-setting, life planning, money basics, leadership, career exposure, personal branding, and legal income pathways.
Where am I going, and what plan do I need to get there?
Ages 12–22
8 weeks
2 sessions per week. Each session is 75–90 minutes.
Weekly Breakdown
Youth complete:
- 90-day personal goal plan
- Weekly routine plan
- Basic budget
- Legal income pathway worksheet
- Personal brand statement
- Business or career interest worksheet
- 60-second personal pitch
Goals & Growth Presentation Night
Youth present to parents, mentors, community partners, and invited business owners. Each youth shares:

Youth receive a Get Right Goals & Business Academy Certificate and eligible youth are invited into the Young CEO Club.
Young CEO Club
Build the business.
Young CEO Club helps youth move from idea to action. This is the hands-on business development phase where youth begin building, testing, and presenting real business ideas. Youth learn how to create value, serve customers, price their work, promote their offer, and operate with integrity.
Entrepreneurship, business building, branding, sales, customer service, marketing, pitching, vendor setup, and real-world execution.
How do I build something real and serve people with it?
Ages 12–22
10–12 weeks
- Ages 12–18: Youth entrepreneurship and beginner business building
- Ages 18–22: Career, side hustle, startup, and income-development track
1–2 sessions per week. Each session is 90 minutes.

- Customer profile
- Product or service description
- Simple brand concept
- Pricing sheet
- Marketing plan
- Sales script
- Basic business budget
- 60–90 second business pitch
- Vendor table or showcase plan
Young CEO Showcase & Youth Vendor Market
Youth present their business ideas to families, mentors, sponsors, business owners, and community partners. The final event can include:

- • Product or service displays
- • Sponsor awards
- • Guest judges
- • Family/community networking
- • Business starter grants or prize awards
Each youth presents:
- • Their business name
- • The problem they solve
- • Who they serve
- • What they offer
- • Their price
- • Their marketing plan
- • What they need next
Youth receive a Young CEO Club Certificate and may be selected for continued mentorship, seed funding, vendor opportunities, internships, or business coaching.
